Michelle Dring


With a strong background in Quality and Startegic Management across the care sector and several other sectors, I have a great passion for social care within the adult sector.


I started my career as a Quality Manager for the medical devices industry in Ireland and worked across other industries gaining knowledge in Corporate Risk and Startegic Management whilst always striving to improve quality within organisations I worked for. I have been working withing the children and adult care sector for over 20 years.


I have spent the last 4 years consulting for several organisations and am now developing associates  to bring my passion and drive for improving care to you as a Care Provider.
